Update: 3rd-party libraries updated, refactoring

Updated: SignalR 2.1.1, Moment.js 2.7, Reactive Extensions 2.2.5,
TinyMCE 4.1.2.
Customized TinyMCE skin and implemented FontAwesome icons.
