Status when loading AD Organisational Units
Large domains can take significant time (several seconds) to load the
domain structure (where there are 1000's of OUs)

Bug Fix: User Attachment Refs, AD Group Domain
User Attachments updated in the DataStore to reflect new UserId (which
includes the domain); AD Groups were using DnsName instead of
NetBiosName.
